The “Independent” Learner Program

Independent Learners may work long hours, live in foreign countries or learn better by working at their own pace and in their own time. The biggest challenge the independent learners face is accountability for their time and the results of their learning. In fact, accountability is a cornerstone of the coaching professions, not only for you as a coach, but for your clients to achieve the results they desire.

You develop a learning plan, plotting out your courses on a regular calendar schedule, approved by Dr. Goode, who will most likely be your mentor for independent study. ACPI expects you to complete your program within 12 months. If something happens to you, we can extend the completion time to 18 months.

Upon completion of all course requirements and financial obligations, you are certified as an ACPI Certified Coach™ for Parents (or Families, etc.)

Course requirements include Track 1 through 5 as well as two specialty niches.

1. ACPI’s Application and Tuition Packet

2. Tuition Packet

3. Resume of Work Experience if applicable

4. One Letter of Professional Recommendation

5. Educational Transcripts or Certifications if within last five years.

6. Before starting Courses a picture as a jpg file as well as a one-two paragraph biography.
