Policies and Procedures

Enrollment Policy: ACPI offers a six-month program once a year.

Admissions: Admission to ACPI is open to all persons ages 21 and over who appear to have the motivation, intellectual maturity and sense of responsibility to complete a self-paced educational program.

Credit for Experience: All applicants can receive credit for their professional experiences, and Dr. Goode will help you individualize your specific program to meet certification requirements.

International Students: ACPI welcomes students from any country in the world provided the student is capable of corresponding in English as the curriculum is available only in English.

Tuitions and Fees

Payment Policies: All payments or payment plans are required 3 weeks prior to the first teleclass, currently scheduled for April 3, 2006. Payment may be made by check, money order or by credit card. All tuition is payable in U.S. dollars.

Additional Expenses: You will incur additional expenses for course materials which can include books, CD’s, videos and workbooks as well as assessment fees for four inventories used in Track One.

There is a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 due upon receipt of your acceptance letter by ACPI, and this will be applied to your tuition. This application fee insures your space in the upcoming classes. Other expenses can include your telephone calls for the teleclasses.

Financial Aid: ACPI does not currently participate in any government assisted loan or financial aid programs. Students are encouraged to seek financial aid through on-line programs which search for financial assistance. ACPI reserves the right to withdraw students from coursework if tuition payments are not up-to-date.
